Quarto telah menyediakan layanan Operasi & Pemeliharaan (O&M) yang komprehensif untuk unit 1, 2, 3, dan 3A PLTU Cilacap, khususnya dalam pengolahan air dan air limbah. Solusi O&M terpadu mereka mencakup tenaga kerja, penyediaan bahan kimia, konsumabel, suku cadang, serta layanan operasional Balance of Plant (BOP), termasuk pemeliharaan preventif dan prediktif harian, perbaikan, penggantian komponen, serta overhaul minor dan major. Berkat kontribusi Quarto, ketersediaan dan keandalan operasional pembangkit listrik tetap tinggi, mencegah gangguan teknis dan finansial terkait kualitas, kapasitas, dan pemanfaatan air dalam proses pembangkitan listrik.

Quarto has provided comprehensive Operation & Maintenance (O&M) services for Units 1, 2, 3, and 3A of PLTU Cilacap, particularly in water and wastewater treatment. Their integrated O&M solutions encompassed manpower, supply of chemicals, consumables, spare parts, and Balance of Plant (BOP) operational services—including daily preventive and predictive maintenance, repairs, component replacements, and both minor and major overhauls—which helped maintain high operational availability and reliability, preventing technical and financial disruptions related to water quality, capacity, and utilization in the power generation process.
As a result, the power plant operated smoothly and efficiently. We are very satisfied with the value provided by Quarto through their O&M program and acknowledge the effectiveness of their evaluation and continuous review processes in maintaining operational excellence. Additionally, Quarto consistently prioritized environmental and occupational health and safety aspects, making their O&M offerings truly comprehensive.
